Blueberry Shake

  1. Large handful of blueberries (you could say 2/3 cup if you'd rather)
  2. 1/2 banana
  3. 2/3 cup apple juice (or apple-berry blend)
  4. Dash of cardamom
  5. 3-4 ice cubes

Combine in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
